PAYMENT TERMS
Payment conditions:
- Deposit payment: 30% after acceptance by the owners and agreement on the dates
- Final payment: 70%, no later than 30 days before the arrival date
- Security deposit: €500 to be paid at the time of final payment
Cancellation policy:
- More than 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
- Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Less than 10 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount
- Less than 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total amount
- Early departure: 100% of the total amount
Payment of the rental implies acceptance of the general conditions below.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Arrival / departure times: arrival at 3 pm, departure at 10 am
If desired, luggage drop-off is possible before check-in - Guests are required to respect the peaceful nature of the property. Parties and group events are not permitted
- The villa is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. The owner reserves the right to refuse any additional guests. This refusal may not be considered a breach of contract, and the rental amount will remain payable to the owner
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Ashtrays are provided in outdoor areas
- It is customary to leave a gratuity for the staff at the end of the stay
Insurance:
The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
They must be covered by liability insurance covering their own responsibility as well as that of accompanying persons.
