GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PAYMENT TERMS

Deposit payment: 30%, i.e. €750, payable after acceptance by the owners and agreement on the dates
Final payment: 70%, i.e. €1,750, payable no later than 30 days before the arrival date
Security deposit: €500, payable at the time of final payment

Cancellation policy:
Less than 60 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount
Less than 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount
Less than 10 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total amount
Less than 48 hours before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount
Early departure: 100% of the total amount

Payment of the rental implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions set out below.

 

HOUSE RULES

  • Check-in / check-out times: Check-in at 3:00 pm, check-out at 10:00 am
    If desired, luggage may be dropped off before check-in
  • The tenant must respect the peaceful nature of the premises. Parties and group events are not permitted.
  • The villa is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. The owner reserves the right to refuse any additional guest. Such refusal may not under any circumstances be considered a breach of contract, and the rental amount shall remain due to the owner.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Ashtrays are provided for this purpose in outdoor areas.
  • It is customary to leave a tip for the staff at the end of the stay.

 

INSURANCE

The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by themselves. The tenant certifies that they are covered by third-party liability insurance, covering their own liability as well as that of accompanying persons.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute or disagreement relating to the interpretation or execution of this rental agreement shall, failing an amicable settlement between the parties, be brought before the competent courts in the vicinity of Essaouira, which are expressly granted jurisdiction.
